Mike founded Introvest in 2012 and has spent more than two decades in institutional placement in Australia. Prior to founding Introvest, he worked at Australia's first third-party fund distribution firm. With a focus on alternatives, Mike has represented managers across most major asset classes and successfully assisted a number of them in establishing investor partnerships in the region. He holds a combined honours BSc in business and french and a graduate certificate from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA).

Chenelle is Investment Director at Introvest, with more than 15 years of expertise in hedge funds, private markets and alternative investment strategies. She has held senior roles at the Future Fund, Franklin Templeton and TCorp, giving her first-hand insight into institutional due diligence, investment committee decision-making and portfolio construction. She has deep relationships within Australia’s institutional allocator landscape and across the global alternative asset management community. Chenelle is also Co-Head of the Australian Chapter of the CAIA Association and an active contributor to industry discussions on alternative investments.

Graeme works with Introvest as a Strategic Advisor on select accounts. He is a well known-known senior investment and superannuation industry executive, with over 30 years of experience across investment management, consulting, and venture capital. Graeme led Mercer's investment and actuarial consulting business in London then Sydney, before spending five years as an Executive Director at Schroders Australia. In addition to his work with Introvest, he is a founder of Datafabric and a Partner at Antler. He is an Associate of the UK Society of Investment Professionals and a member of the CFA Institute.
